Naomi and Victoria made a short film in 2012 called The Kingdom of Doug which went on to screen at local and international festivals, winning Best Australian Short Flickerfest 2014, Best Director St Kilda Film Festival 2014, SBS Broadcasting Award St Kilda Film Festival 2014, and Best Australian Short Stranger with my Face Festival 2014. It has also screened on ABC iview and SBS. In early 2019 they released a teaser season of the short form comedy Sonia & Cherry and in 2021 released a Screen Australia funded second season which premiered on YouTube in October 2021 with 174k channel views.

Naomi Mulholland

Naomi is an independent producer, with a long track record of line producing Australian drama. Recent credits include feature film Run Rabbit Run, the Apple TV series Shantaram, and the latest Netflix drama, Clickbait. Other line producing and production managing credits include Ten’s Playing for Keeps, Nine’s Bad Mothers, acclaimed prison drama, Wentworth, Seven Network’s Winners & Losers, ABC’s The Doctor Blake Mysteries, Lowdown and Twentysomething, BAFTA nominated UK-Australian co-production, Mrs Biggs, and Ten's AFI award-winning police drama, Rush. Naomi has also produced the ABC3 young adult sketch comedy, You’re Skitting Me, and worked on the following feature films: Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, Red Hill, The Wedding Party, Rush Hour 3 and Ghost Rider, as well as locally made HBO production, The Pacific.

Victoria Thaine

Victoria is an award-winning actor, writer and director who has worked across film and television for over twenty years, a career that started with a supporting role in the Dennis Hopper led movie The Night they called it a Day. She wrote & directed the award-winning short film The Kingdom of Doug and the short-form series Sonia & Cherry which debuted its teaser season in 2018 and premiered a Screen Australian funded second season in 2021. She was playwright for two original works produced in Sydney at the Old Fitzroy Theatre and at the Griffin in the early 2000's. She has directed branded content for Vinomofo and campaigns for SolvEasy and Nature Australia. As an actor she has worked on close to 30 productions. Feature film credits include The Loved Ones, 48 Shades, Caterpillar Wish, and Mask II. She was nominated for a Silver Logie for her lead role in ABC's Rainshadow and Film Critics Circle Award for her starring role in Caterpillar Wish.
